Please read before making an appointment

If you have any cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, you must inform reception staff when making an appointment.

If you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID recently, please ensure you have no symptoms before attending the GP and make sure you are testing regularly.

Non-Cancellation Fee – If you are unable to attend your appointment please ensure you give the surgery 2 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Due to an increase in patients needing appointments and none being available, this will help us help others.

Trinity Medical Centre reserves the right to charge $50 non-attendance fee if you do not give sufficient notice when cancelling your appointment.

• Dr Tran, Dr Kaliis and Dr Tun do not prescribe DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE.

• Any bookings for immunisations, care plans, dressings, ear syringing or Implanon’s, please contact the surgery on 82581677 to make an appointment, these cant be booked online (Fees apply)

• New work cover and motor vehicle accident claims, please contact the surgery for further information before making an appointment. 

• Dr Tran will not see any work cover or motor vehicle claims.

• Dr Retnaraja will not see work cover patients who have been seen by another doctor.

• If you are a new patient, please contact us on 82581677, as some GPs are unable to take on new patients at this current time. (as of 23/1/24)

• Dr Farzan charges a gap to ALL patients after 6pm Monday to Friday (Including concession card holders) Ask reception staff for further details.
