If you have any cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, you must inform reception staff before making an appointment.
If you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID recently, please ensure you have no symptoms before attending the GP and make sure you are testing regularly.
Non-Cancellation Fee – If you are unable to attend your appointment please ensure you give the surgery 2 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Due to an increase in patients needing appointments and none being available, this will help us help others.

Trinity Medical Centre reserves the right to charge $50 non-attendance fee if you do not give sufficient notice when cancelling your appointment.
We are now a mixed billing practice (As of December 2022)
All new patients (Including concession card holders and children under 15) will be charged their full consult fee plus a $40-$50 gap and Medicare will rebate patients their consult fee (Upfront fees vary but the gap stays at $40-$50 – ask reception staff for updated fee information)

8am – 6pm Monday to Friday – All concession card holders and 15 years and younger will be bulk billed (Unless new patients)

8am – 6pm Monday to Friday - No concession card holders 16 years and over will be charged the full amount for their consult, Approximately $61.40 if it’s a standard consult, and Medicare will rebate patients approximately $41.40. ($20 gap)

6pm – 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings 8am -1pm – Concession card holders will be bulk billed. All non concession card holder patients will be charged the full amount for their consult, Approximately $71.40 if it’s a standard consult, and Medicare will rebate patients approximately $41.20. ($30 gap)

Saturday 1pm onwards, Sundays and Public Holidays - All patients will be charged the full amount for their consult, Approximately $83.90 if it’s a standard consult, and Medicare will rebate patients approximately $53.90. ($30 gap)

Any bookings for immunisations, care plans, dressings, ear syringing or Implanon’s, please contact the surgery on 82581677 to make an appointment (Fees apply)

New work cover and motor vehicle accident claims, please contact the surgery for further information before making an appointment.

Dr Tran will not see any work cover or motor vehicle claims.

Dr Retnaraja will not see work cover patients who have been seen by another doctor.
