In an Emergency, please call 000

Please read before making an appointment

If you have any cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, you must do a covid test (Rapid Antigen Test) before making an appointment. If your test is negative you can book in to see your GP, if your test is positive, please call the surgery so we can advise you.

If you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID recently, please ensure you have no symptoms before attending the GP and make sure you are testing regularly.

Non-Cancellation Fee – If you are unable to attend your appointment please ensure you give the surgery 2 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Due to an increase in patients needing appointments and none being available, this will help us help others.

Trinity Medical Centre reserves the right to charge $50 non-attendance fee if you do not give sufficient notice when cancelling your appointment.
